Ingredients:

Organic holy basil var. krishna leaf, Organic holy basil var. rama leaf, Organic African basil var. vana leaf, Organic chamomile flower, Organic cabbage rose (Rosa centifolia) petal, Organic lemon myrtle (Backhousia citriodora) leaf, Organic stevia leaf

Direction:

Pour 8 oz of freshly boiled water over tea bag in a cup and infuse for 3 or more minutes. Add milk and dairy substitute and a sweetener if desired . Double the strength when serving iced.Iced Tea: Pour 2 cups of boiling water over 8 tea bags and steep for 20 minutes. Remove tea bags and add 2 cups of cold water. Refrigerate to cool, and pour over ice. Makes 1 quart.
